Thread: For Reality to Evolve into A Lucid Life

I love lucid dreaming, as rare as it is for me. I know others have thought and talked about life being a dream of sorts. I agree with that and I'd like to see waking life morph into a lucid life. Even if this is far fetched, it would at least make for a cool story. A man, or woman who stumbles upon lucid dreaming only to find life evolve into a fully lucid flow. Thoughts?

Lucid = Aware.

You can already live a lucid life, by training yourself to be more aware of the world around you, and stay that way (as in the ADA Technique).

This concept is actually the basis I used to come up with a way to combat anxiety.

I think you would like the practises of Mindfulness or being the now and meditation of course.

These practises also makes lucid dreaming easier in itself.
