I had never heard the term before, and i overheard a friend talking about it. so i looked it up on the internet and realized that i have always been able to do this. at least once a week i have a dream where i can do anything i want, control it all and wake up whenever i want. i cannot remember having a dream where i wasnt in control. i thought this was normal until now, weird!
