      Quick question

      When asking the questions "Am i dreaming?" or "What did i do before? etc. Should i do it out loud or just in my head since im trying to make it into a habit that will eventually carry over into dreams.

      Up to you really, personally i do it in mind. Also don't make RCs habit as in doing them on auto, however make it habit to truly question reality.
