      Dreams not Vivid.

I don't have any problems getting lucid while I am dreaming.

My problem is that my dreams aren't in a lot of detail, I know that it's not my recall because in the dream I was trying to get it to be more vivid.

      I made a Subaru appear and I couldn't

      1. get the dream to be more clear
2.Get the shifting/acceleration to feel right

      Why is this happening?

I'm also taking Alpha Brain which is supposed to make your dreams more vivid and nothing.

You just need to practice your awareness through the day.

In addition to what Iriba said about ADA, you can try to enhance vividness in the dream. Try engaging as many of your senses as possible, feel the car, hear the engine starting, imagine the smell of gasoline if you like. Basically, pay as much attention as possible to the small details.

Additionally, you may try shouting out loud "clarity now" or "more light", etc. to increase dream vividness. It also really helps to have positive expectations in the dream and be moderately excited about your dream task. Finally, don't forget that every dream is different and while one dream may lack vividness, the next one may be breathtakingly colorful. Good luck!

Something that has helped me with attaining high level of vividity in my dreams is drawing or painting objects from life. Draw anything and everything around you (tin cans, people, weeds, electric plugs etc), carry a small sketch book with you and start with just black and white sketches. It really helps with everyday awareness too.
      Good luck!
