      Lucid dreaming advice

      I really want to lucid dream, but i'm a bit scared to try. I'm kind of freaked out by sleep paralysis and hallucinating while being paralyzed I also am a bit scared that my lucid dreams will turn into nightmares...Any tips?

      Well, there's really not much to be scared of. Sleep Paralysis rarely -if ever- happens. Hallucinations can be part of becoming lucid depending on your method, but most things are genuinely not scary nightmarish experiences. I for one have never had a bad experience with lucid dreaming so far, but then again, I've only had 60-70 lucid dreams.
