^^ This may be an echo of the last two posts, TooManyChoices, but I suggest that you choose to step away from all the information available and keep up work on your own. If you must have information to push forward, I suggest you read LaBerge's book: Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming, as it will clearly explain those acronyms (the ones that matter, anyway), and the basics of what to do with them -- all without the more creative stuff that tends to be piled onto the foundations of LD'ing on these forums.
