Also, I found that when I have non lucid dreams, I dream what I had been thinking about or doing that day. If you were to read a book, I feel as though you would be thinking about said book for the rest of the day. Especially if you were to read before going to sleep.

I definitely agree with you. I just unfortunately rarely remember my dreams, so this never really happens to me :/
