Hypnosis at its roots, from what i can see is a professional asking a subjects subconscious for a favor e.g. "quit smoking" or "stop eating so much" etc

I've only met my subconscious once and she looked like Dianna Agron (who i find seriously hot) for some reason and instead of asking for favors and testing my theory out...i ended up sleeping with her having great sex, but then waking up, haven't been able to have a successful WILD or lucid dream since

scenario: in waking life you are someone who never lifts weights or exercises even looking at a dumbbell makes you feel tired and at the same time you could spend over 9 hours plus watching television.

So in theory if you attained lucidity and summoned or asked your dream characters/scape to make your subconscious appear before you and ask your subconscious to change/replace your habits/ cravings; for example instead of craving to watch tv, replace it with a craving to lift dumbbells; instead of having a desire or craving to eat junk food, have a craving to eat plane meat and oatmeal (or something like that).

Basically just ask them to replace one habit with the one you desire more or will be more beneficial and productive to your life in the long - term. Have you tried this before? what were your experiences?

I've always thought that the reason not everyone lucid dreams naturally is because your subconscious maybe doesn't want people messing with their internal drives or circuitry. There are posts on here where people have had dream characters tell them they are not dreaming or act aggressive towards them when they ask their subconscious to do something. I'm open to all thoughts whether you disagree or not it's just something I've wondered about for a while but haven't really found any thing that specific to what I'm asking i.e. asking subconscious to do something without using a hypnotist cheers!
