My parents are getting on my nerves. they just don't sleep and they make lot of noise. They wake up at 4 am too and start talking to eachother nonstop and it's all audible from my room because that's how the walls are. |

Have you said to your parents that their sleep schedules and lack of consideration are causing you stress. Maybe a mature conversation with them, asking them to maybe stay quiet in the mornings, might help? |

Try using something in your room to generate noise to counteract the other noise if possible. A loud-ish fan or an MP3 of a fan, rain, a creek, ocean, etc. White noise is good for that. It probably won't block everything out but it might help take your focus off it. |

Hmm. I had similar problems...struggling to sleep and recall dreams well was bothering me so much that I actually bought a white noise machine to block out noise. It works surprisingly well. While it doesn't block out everything, it does block out at least some things and helps to have a constant sound to focus on |

Earplugs. I couldnt sleep without them. My family is just too noisy. |
