Any Lucid Dreamers have a totem?

Hey everyone! I was wondering if any Lucid Dreamers out there use a totem to help realize they're dreaming? For example while you're reality checking to see if you're dreaming using a watch, tattoo, ect. in a dream they have certain characteristics that they do not have in the Waking World? Happy Lucid Dreaming!

I have the Inception top totem and I use it everytime I see it next to my bed in waking life, but it never appeared in lucid dreams, so it has never helped me getting lucid.
I like destruction and reality, and one invariably leads to the other.

'Dreams are real while they last. Can we say more of life?'

Would the fact that it's gone help you become lucid, since you expect it to be there, but it isn't?

I once read about somebody who did this, and might give it a try: You set the background of your phone to say 'Are you dreaming?'. You pick it up in the dream world, and if the background is something else, then you're dreaming.

I don't know 'cause I never remember of it in dreams, I always go lucid by counting fingers or because I just know that it's a dream. Also I've never gone lucid in my room, so I couldn't notice that the totem is not where it should be.
