Yesterday I got up around 10 o'clock, and went to take a nap at around 3:30 but I wasn't able to fall asleep. I'm still looking for that sweet spot of mine Can't seem to fall asleep during naps.

"Sleep inertia"! Now I have a term for it. Sometimes getting back to sleep for a late morning nap can take a while, but once there I find that I can just keep on sleeping, waking for journaling dreams, and back to sleep for another cycle. When I do this I definitely feel groggier than when I get up for the first time in the morning.
