Sleeping in class is pretty much a nap, and naps are known to get you straight into REM. Just think of being awake as a very long WBTB, and then when you fall asleep you go straight into a dream. This is only more likely in the late morning though. In the afternoon (well, depending on when you wake up), your body clock is resetting so it will be harder to get into REM. |
