Yes. I guess itīs pretty common. Sentences like "I didn't do what you said. You must have dreamt it." or "I thought i said this to you before. Or was it a dream?" i heard many times before. |

Hi. I had not so many LDs in the last period but I have VERY vivid dreams. The problems are that I can't know what`s reality and what`s not. I don't mean right now, in the present but I can't tell if some memories of mine really happened or not. For example I remebered a friend of mine saiyng something funny. Actually a bit later I discovered that I dreamed about it and forgot. Do you have this problem too? |

Very common actually, and not really bad. little things may be confusing, but important things don't get confused with dream(very very rarely), because they have a very strong correlation with the current sequence of events. |

I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.
"People tell dreamers to reality check and realize this is the real world and not one of fantasies, but little do they know that for us Lucid Dreamers, it all starts when the RC fails"
Add me as a friend!!!
Are these memories very vivid and feel like they happened just yesterday, or are they sort of distant and/or hard to place in context. I can relate to the feeling, but usually the memories I have feel more like the later case. So far I've never had any negative side effects from such memories. |

In my case, both of these cases occur quite often |

Yeah, I get mixed up between memories of dreams and waking life, too. That reminds me of a night a couple weeks ago. I crawled into bed with my wife, and put the blanket on her, but she didn't want it because she was too hot, and made annoyed half-asleep noises. In the morning she said, "Why were you trying to put balloons on me in my sleep?" (We do balloon twisting for kids.) I laughed and said, "Uh, that was a blanket sweetie. I would never do such a weird or annoying thing as to cover you with balloons in your sleep! Do you think I made some kind of balloon blanket, and was testing it out on you? HAHAHAHA!" |

Yes, this has happened to me before. I remember an example from when I was four. I was in my room and looked outside to the backyard and saw my father and brother digging at the ground. Eventually, they both grinned and pulled up the grass and saw a huge stream of lava. I told them how cool that was the next day, but they were confused because it never happened and asked if I had been dreaming. It's common. |
