      Dull Lucid Dreams

I started using the MILD technique to achieve LDs on the 9th of this month. I have had 4 lucid dreams since. My only problem is that all of these lucid dreams have been very dull and non-vivid. I tried yelling "increase vividness", spinning and rubbing my hands together, but still I recall dull LDs. I would love to fix this, so if anyone else experienced this and figured a way out of it, their input would be appreciated.

My only suggestion, since I never have vividness problems, is to increase your lucidity level, as in understanding what dreaming really is(remember that your real body is asleep in bed), and attempt to use active waking memory. Immerse your self in the surroundings.

Try focusing on your surroundings. Pick out a couple things around you and focus on them. Walk up to them, look at them, feel them. Try and gather as much information as you can. Not only will this help stabilize your dream, but it will also help with vividness. If you're familiar with SAT or ADA, it's like these, only more intense and only for a few seconds at the beginning of the dream.

It may also be your recall; your dreams were actually vivid and you're just not remembering all the details. If this is the case, just be sure to keep up on your dream journal. Try writing down more details, as many as you can, and re-read it every once in a while. Your DJ is the foundation of your recall, so you don't want it to be lacking

      After what
I know you should do as said above. You should also try to imagine a more detailed dream.

The last thing i think you shuld do is to use a mantra, you shuld tell yourself somthing like this in your head: "I will have a vivid dream".
