WILD is a technique which broken down from its complications and strategy is falling asleep naturally while keeping conscious I have never had a Lucid Dream WILD but I have induced quite a few Out of body experiences using this method. |

I've read a lot of threads and practically everybody says that the WILD technique produces the most vivid dreams and is actually the best one. Since I have had little experience with lucid dreams and most of them have happened without me having anything to do with them, I just wanted to know is there a combination of a technique like WILD with the level of difficulty of a MILD or DILD. |

Attempt WILD's as often as you can however if you become frustrated just simply stop and go to sleep how far do you get in the WILD? |

The only part about WILDing that I have trouble with is the paranoia that comes with SP or HH. I've gone through it many times before, but it is definitely the way to go. From what I've experienced, WILDing with Nicotine Patches, Melatonin, B6, or galantamine produce very vivid and reliable results. Do what you feel though, the supplements are not a must, but they do help. |

LD Goals:
[ ] Fly into Deep Space
[ ] Go to the deepest depths of the ocean
[x] Rule a middle-earth kingdom
[ ] Defeat my evil twin
[ ] Split into four people and talk to myself
Cannabis is a big help for WILD in my experience BUT is a killer to DILD ...when using cannabis you need to cause yourself to visit the non-physical while in Non-REM. |

I think you're correct supplements with repeated usage apart from becoming habit forming they will become a crouch to use and hinder any experience you try induce with out them...but dabbling in my opinion offers interesting insights so every now and again :-) but also its a reason i don't like using isochoric tones because i don't want to become dependant :-) |
