      First lucid(kinda) dream!

I am not really sure it it was a lucid dream.

Yesterday i tried out mild with a twist. I said the mantra through the whole day instead of
only doing it before you go to sleep. Wich noone should do if they have to do somthing that requires focus........
Then i tried out WILD while i was trying to sleep, but i didnt make it.
Then i did WBTB but i just turned off my alarm end fell to sleep again.

Then i had a dream and i went like this:

I was walking past my grandmas house. It didn't look like my grandmas real house though,
After i had walked past it i came to my house, in my house i unequipped my jacket, boots and my gloves. After that i walked up and sat on the couch, where i took a realty check.
Then the ligths blew out. But i realised that i was dreaming, so i tried to turn them on again.
The first time i tried nothing happend.
The second time tried everything outside became ligth. And we have really big windows but no ligth came in.
The last time i tried the ligth turned on but it didn't effect how ligth the room was.

      And i can't remember anymore.

But this is why i dont think it was a lucid dream.

      I had tunnel vision.
And i where in a dream and i knew that but i still didn't feel totaly aware of my sorroundings.
And i didnt feel totaly consious.
And i didn't really get what "in a dream" ment In the dream?

      Was that a LD?

Btw i had a false awakening afterwards.

Congratulations. Yeah, its a low-level lucid, but its better than no lucid at all and it is your first time. Never experienced tunnel vision, so I can't help you there, but you seem to have a good deal of skill with dream control, especially considering that its your first time and that getting light anywhere is surprisingly challenging.
A bit more confidence and expectation and you'll be soaring with the rest of us.

      Any tips on increasing lucidity?

And btw is it possible to ever achive as much lucidity as you have in walking life( without drugs or alcohol)?

Yeah its possible. What you have to do is just practice. But beyond that something that will really help is this technique called "All Day Awareness" where throughout every day you just stay aware of where you are and everything. It sounds really difficult but its actually really easy and tremendously increases your level of lucidity and chances of getting one. Try it out. I dont know of anything that will increase your lucidity such as drugs or anything, but I do know that Vitamin B6 can greatly heighten the vividness of your dreams and it helps you remember your dreams alot easier too, but dont depend on this vitamin constantly as it could hinder your growth in Lucidity and you could become dependent on it. However it doesnt hurt to use it moderatly but I wouldnt suggest using it everyday or anything. Hope this all made sense haha, and good luck, I know you will improve with Lucid dreaming. Henry Ford once said, "Believe you cant, believe you can, either way your right."

The only requirement for a dream to be lucid is for a dreamer to realize, while in the dream, that he is dreaming. And you did that, so yes, congrats

Everything else is just a matter of practice and awareness. Happy dreams
