Using as many senses as possible is one method. |

To make your Lucid experiences last longer try frequently reminding yourself that you are dreaming, actually say out loud things like - "This is a dream!" This should help you stay aware and in control for longer. |

Take naps. I find my most lucid dreams are when I nap when i get home from work. I only sleep 2-3 hours but you go into REM sleep i believe quicker and therefore less likely to wakeup right away while dreaming. I once had a lucid dream so real and vivid during a nap that i wasnt waking up from made me think I was dead, a little scary but then invigorating as well. |
