I read that people suffering from depression (like myself) are more likely to experience REM when sleeping and therefore dreaming occurs more often, longer and more frequently than non depression sufferers. so i was wondering, do you think this means i have a greater chance of having a lucid dream (providing i attempt it) at night? I also read that the reason a lot of depression suffers always feel tired and groggy is because they often don't experience non - REM/ deep sleep at all and i often experience this but never bothered to capitalize on it due to every where i read saying it is impossible to experience lucid dream at night as soon as you go to bed. |
