"After i get really good at dream recall and when i can remember them everyday what should i do next?" - Together with recalling dreams you should develop your awareness (by developing the waking one, you also develop the dreaming one, and it's awareness that gets you lucid). You should do the two things together, so even if you don't remember many dreams, develop your awareness during the day, ask yourself whether you are dreaming and really question your reality, challenge yourself with tricky questions (Is everything ok? Where am I? What was I doing before? And even before?), focus on the details of your environment and on yourself (meditation helps). Besides, developing your awareness also helps in dream recall, so the two things go together. Do RC's only to confirm your suspicion after you've become aware, don't do them mindlessly.

"Will i just be aware in the dream or i need to do something before going to bed or waking up and going to sleep again?" - When going to bed I usually repeat some mantras and do some visualizations of myself becoming lucid in a dream and stabilizing it. If you wake up in the middle of the night you can try some WILD techniques..I only attempted it once, so I can't really give you advice, but on the forums there are many tutorials. Anyway, if I were you, I'd stick to the DILD for a while. Another important thing: at some point you may start having some dreams where you dream of becoming lucid, without actually becoming lucid, that's ok, keep going and work more on your awareness during the day and your visualizations.

"Also when i get Lucid will i be able to summon person i want? and does it need to be someone who i already talked to because then i guess it will be easier." - It helps summoning people you know, but you can also visualize some imaginary character/people you don't know. Last night I summoned a wolf that I had visualized and never seen for example.

p.s. Are you dreaming right now?
