Exclamation Nfri combined 100$ experimentation ADARC|MILD|WILD|EILD|DSA|GALANTAMINE|A-GPC|5-HTP|REMEE|B6,12|...

      Hello dear friends,
I decided to do a little LD extremistic experimentation and I'm quite serious about it. Since I've finished all my college duties, I have now 14 days of free time. I'm gonna spend it doing devoutly lucid induction techniques and all combined methods I've known. I would like to share my results with you and be grateful for your notes and ideas.

      Current LD progress
      130 LDs total
      6 LDs for 2014
      0-1-2 LDs/week

      Bed
I sleep on my new Fatboy sitting bag which lays on a classic wooden bed. I use it because of no pain in my back night and day. It works like magic!
      ear plugs
      silent room
optimal temperature / open window and heat on

      Automatic Dream journal
I use software name RecordPad. It's really great, because it has voice activation recording, which is really neat for recording dreams without moving your body, you don't have to even open your eyes. Every night I put my connected laptop next to my bed and I hang up a microphone above my head. It's turned on all night long and it records every loud sounds in the room. There is an app called recordpad which works the same way. I use it on my iphone as well and it's free. Keep your device plugged in the electrical network!
I recall and speak loudly all my dreams every wbtb without moving. Then I stand up and write it all in my .txt dream journal on my laptop. Play the recording when you are writting it down. It's little wierd listen to your voice during the writting, but it's really helpfull.

      Books
I read these books repeatedly three hours before bedtime:

      Lucid dreaming
      Field guide to lucid dreaming
Advance lucid dreaming - The power of supplements

Try to focus on things that make me calm
In the night I'm allowed to think only about stuff related to lucid dreaming skill
      Body excercise

      My goals
      7 LDs (3 high level)
      3 dreams/night fully recalled
significantly improve my dream recall and vizualization

      Stakes
If I'm not gonna achieve my goal of I will pay penalty 100$ to DV

Every night I will choose some combination and share the results...

      night #1

      2:45 <time after asleep>
      No dream recalled
-I wake up because of pain in my intercostal muscles. Never felt it before.
Taking REMEE on my eyes and go back to sleep

      5:30
      2 dreams recalled and written
      taking GALANTAMIND 4mg + CHOLINE 500mg
I lay on my bed and I feel sleepy. I try to maintain this state successfuly for 40 minutes. I begin to do seeding vizualization for my wild atempt.
      6:20 fall asleep

      8:00
LD DILD recalled - Orgasm with a tall girl
I have sex with cute young tall girl. I very hardly achieve orgasm in my lucids, because when I start to have sex with somebody I immediately wake up. This time it does not happen. I achieve orgasm in lucid and I think I didn't wake up because of galantamine+choline in my brain.

      vivacity 1,5
      lucidity 2
      control 1,5

Taking piracetam 2400 mg with a lecithin

I had actually started experimenting 3 days before I posted this thread... I took a break because of negative effect of piracetam on my mind. Iīve felt foggy and depressed for 2 days.

A little bit of DMT before going to bed, might boost you enough into a lucid dream

Part of me is rooting against you so DV gets a little donation.

Excellent, these sorts of detailed studies are very interesting to read and of great value to the community, thanks for sharing!! Congrats on the lucid and the "success" of the dream .

Haven't time to update, but I experimenting every night. Now I'm sitting in a train so I have some time to update this thead...

My dream recall has rapidly increased to 3 long dreams per night... I think the main factor is taking B6 pill before sleep.

Took galantamine 4 times. Result is 3 successfuly induced ld's. When I took 8mg, no LD followed. 4 mg is optimal for me. These dreams were DILD only every time I fall sleep before ''transition''. Well I had like 5 wilds in my life so I'm not very experienced in it. But yeah galatamine works for me.

A little bit of DMT before going to bed, might boost you enough into a lucid dream
Never had an opportunity to try that, do you have any experience?

Here's an experiment for you, Nfri.

After reading up on brain function and perception, I think I figured out a way to optimize brain chemistry without supplements. At least it works for me. I don't have the time right now to go into the theory behind it, but it's a really simple technique.

After WBTB instead of taking supplements, try this.

Seat yourself comfortably in a moderately lit room. Then do each step below in sequence. Spend a minute or two on each step. Push yourself to notice fine details and qualities you've not noticed before.

      1) Intently study the patterns on the surfaces of things in the room... carpets, flooring, upholstery, wood grain, wallpaper, drapes etc.

      2) Intently study the shades of color of things in the room. For example, exactly what shade of green is that chair? How does it compare to other green things in the room?

      3) Intently study the various outline shapes of different items in the room... spherical, square, rectangular, etc. For example, notice that the outline of the TV forms a rectangle, or a lamp shape is curved like a bell.

      4) Intently study the different degrees of brightness in different parts of the room. Compare brightness and dimness, closer and further away from the light source. How relative brightness effects color, clarity, etc.

Cycle through the 4 steps until you feel the same light throbbing or subtle buzz that you get from galantamine and choline. It shouldn't take more than 2 or 3 times through. (5-10 minutes) You may experience some interesting perception changes along the way.

Then use whatever technique you usually do to induce a lucid dream.

Anyone else want to try it?

If it does work for you and others, I'll explain the theory behind it.

I don't do these all in one... Every night I choose a combination, do an experiment and record the results.
      Thank you

Here's an experiment for you, Nfri.

It worked for me again last night. Result was without performing any induction method, I had a vivid dream that could have easily passed for waking reality. However, when an Australian rock band I've been following showed up in my front lawn, I realized I was dreaming... and was really quite surprised.

      Edited to add:
After I posted the above, I learned that the Australian band that showed up on my front lawn will be performing in my neighborhood this summer. They really are coming almost to my front yard. And they announced it after I dreamed it. Weird.

^^ Sounds interesting, but for me sounds like a guaranteed way to be awake for the rest of the night. Even getting out of bed for the toilet is risky, unless I keep my mind really quiet. The good news is that my WBTBs are FAST! The bad new is if I miscalculate I lose a loooot of sleep.
