      Lucid dreaming workshop

Hey dreamers. For a class project I'll be running a workshop on how to lucid dream, and was hoping to get some input on how to make it engaging. I think that just teaching them how to do it will be interesting on its own, but do you have any ideas in terms of activities, exercises, videos etc that could improve it?

The only activity I could think of would be for teaching reality checks. I could ask people whether or not they they are dreaming right now, and if they believe they're awake, to provide evidence. If they answer "I just know.." I can explain that they are wrong 1/3 of the time, so their answer needs to be better than that.

      Input appreciated!

You can easily find the videos on your own through a few minutes of searching YouTube. There aren't that many lucid dreaming channels.

      * Brainstorm ideas on what to do when finally becoming lucid, it will provide more incentives.
      * Have them perform affirmations to program their subconscious minds and increase their chances of lucidity (I'll provide a link at the end if you're interested in the details)
      * Prepare questions they may want to ask their dream guides when lucid
      * Pretend they realized they were dreaming to familiarize themselves with the concept, so they don't risk becoming too excited while lucid and lose control
      * Examine sleep schedules so they can determine the optimum time for Wake Back to Bed methods

      Finally, here's my link below.

      Hope these ideas help.

That sounds interesting. What you could do to open up the presentation is ask people who remembers their dream from the night. Among the people that do, ask how many of them remember it in detail or how many of them are aware that people have more than one dream per night. Tell them facts about dreaming and about lucid dreaming and then start the main presentation. That's what I would do
