So today i took a nap and eventually i was lucid dreaming. i was in a boat with my boyfriend on a date then i noticed at the bottom of dream/vision was my drawer which is right next to my bed. i guessing my eyes were slightly open and my real vision was peaking into my dream? it eventually went dark and i my eyes were sort of shaking and couldnt get back to the dream world. how do i prevent this? will wearing a sleep mask stop this and has this happened to anyone else before? |
