WILD?

I think I had my first WILD but im not sure. This afternoon I became pretty tired and thought id have a nap. I got into bed and started drifting off, I started seeing things and hearing things and I knew I was going to fall asleep any minute. One of my visions became really strong almost like I was in a dream. I decided to rub my nose, im not sure if I did this in real life or in my head but as soon as I did, I felt like a was racing forward or falling but I said to myself just go with it your going into a dream.

Then I was in my dream, It sounds stupid but my dream was me lying in bed with my eyes closed, I could hardly move and couldn’t open my eyes. It was like sleep paralysis or something. I started to question if id even fallen asleep, I was really aware of my TV, which was on in my room. I could hear it really well.

But I thought since I cant move at all I must be asleep. It was at this point my pillow started attacking me!

I couldn’t move or open my eyes still and my pillow was stabbing me it really hurt, I thought, I have to get out of this tried waking up. I couldn’t! I used all my strength and managed to sit up in my bed. I thought im awake! But I obviously wasn’t cos two seconds later I opened my eyes and was lying in bed awake.

I looked at my clock and five minutes had gone since I went to bed!

I was lucid in this dream I mean I knew I was dreaming, but I couldn’t move so it sort of held back the things I could do!

The whole experience shit me up, but it would be amazing if I could become fully lucid this way.

Congrats on the WILD, but if I were you I'd consider using a less homicidal pillow...

Hey...nice goingwith WILD.

I had some experiences with the state you described(feeling slow and can't move). One time i was in a dream with my blanket attached to my body and i couldn't take it off me. What you should do(as described in EWLD) is relax. just that. The moment you think "i have to relax" you are free. This works for me and i am sure it will for you too

My cat stands on my face and almost suffocates me. When it's put me in this near death experience, it makes up with it by licking my ears.

In the mornings when I'm laying in bed, all comfortable...I have my face near the edge of the bed, and my cat suddenly pops up in my face and it scares the hell out of me. forget coffee.
