Thread: Getting high in LD?

It actually happened to me once but it wasn't a lucid dream. My dream actually turned into a nightmare after smoking weed in my dream

Nothing really. It's a dream so you can do whatever you want, basically. Say you want to go watch a baseball game, you could do that, or if you felt like going and doing something like saving a princess, you could do that. Somethings take more practice to achieve than other things, but if you put your mind to it, you can (probably) do it.

Well, a Lucid Dream is just a dream, so no, you can't visit other people. You may see other people that you recognize in a lucid dream and you may be able to interact with them like you normally would, but you would not be talking to them. However, some people believe in shared dreaming, which shares some similarities to visiting people.

It would sort of be random. A part of it would be based on your perception of what would happen. If you expected it to do something, it may do what you expect it to do. Again, its a matter of the level of control you have in your dream. If you wanted something to happen, you could tell yourself with confidence that when you did something, another thing would happen. For example, if I wanted pizza to fall from the sky when I punch someone, I could get that, it's just a matter of control.

I once took a little of Mescalito (Peote) in a dream and i started to allucinate. But this was just because i imagined it would be like this (after reading Carlos Castaneda's book).

I've decided on imbibing a number of times with different drugs.

Funny thing is; it was always when I wasn't using here in the physical.

Yeh, ..no limits.

You can get as high as you want and feel however you want. Until you choose something else.

If you've smoked weed in real life then it will feel the same while Lucid.
If you haven't your brain will give you a feeling it imagines smoking weed would feel like.

Funnily enough in a really vivid non Lucid last night, where I was at a party at a Friends who I haven't seen in years.
I didn't actually take them in the Dream but could tell from how I felt, that I'd taken way to much Ecstasy, again something I haven't done in years and that felt completely real.
