      Sleep Paralysis During Day

So I want to try sleep paralysis, but I think I would get a little freaked out. I was thinking that if I did it on Saturday morning when I am in that sleepy state but there is light in my room sleep paralysis wouldn't be as freaky. How well would this work? Would it make it any less "interesting"?

It's best not to try lucid dream using SP. Do you mean WILDing? And only some people have sleep paralysis so chances are you probably don't have it. Check this out if this is what you mean.

I wanted to try sleep paralysis first so if I encounter it in WILD I know what it feels like and will not be alarmed.
