      First time experiencing SP! Wow

I'm disappointed I couldn't stay calm! So last night I decided to try listening to binaural beats so 20 mins in I got the worst roll over signal!! I really wanted to just roll over and sleep (first time defying it), but finally.. My whole body got numb and felt weird, I felt like I was moving everywhere. I noticed my breathing got way too fast and I got out of SP.. Anyone know how to keep your breathing calm?

Don't keep it calm, don't even pay attention to it!
If you read this do a reality check, you will thank me later...

Just let the breathing be, your body will settle it automatically. Whenever I get into a SP I just let whatever sensations, feelings or happenings just be there, and then they becomes much milder, then WILD haha.

My SP is pretty weak, actually. More like a gentle rushing feeling. I also just use it as a marker to indicate that I'm almost there. Otherwise, I just ignore it. It's nothing to get too excited over.
