Start with your non-lucid dreams and dream journal. When you recall non-lucid dreams in your journal, focus more on the imagery than the "plot". The best way is to pick a few details that will be present in any situation. I'd suggest pay attention to light and color. As you describe each scene, try to remember whether it was light or dark, and what kind of light (sunlight, moonlight, lamp, flashlight, etc). For DCs, try to recall what kind of clothes they wear and what color. Also the color and style of their hair. Try to write a sentence or two about those things first with each new scene, DC, or object of interest. Then describe the action and feelings. |

I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
Awesome, i'll give it a go! |

Read more books. Watch fantasy shows. Something that spurs both motivation and imagination (it has to be fun). I wrote down everything I wanted to achieve in dreams like dream skills and characteristics items. This helped a little bit. Especially because i pictured it vividly in the back of my head and this is now a memory which i can more easily access. |
