      A question about lucidity

Hello all I'm new to this forum and to lucid dreaming. I was trying to lucid dream for like 6 months (WILD),and I always had problem with swallowing,no matter if I slept on side, had a pillow under my mouth, whatever I did,I never had a successful lucid dream using WILD technique. So if anyone could help about this,I would be really grateful.
Well besides that I started doing reality checks, and I started to put notes about my dreams recently.First day I could remember 3 dreams, but no much details,I wrote a half of A4 paper about things I remember about my dreams.Second day,4 dreams and 1 full A4 paper about my dreams.Third day 2 dreams, but with much more details,1 page of A4 paper.Fourth day 5 dreams, and 3 full A4 papers of notes. And finnaly a 5th day after a lots of reality checks each day I got a lucid dream, which haven't lasted for a long time, and I wasn't able to control my dreams fully.

So since im beginner in this,im looking for your help.Should I keep writing notes about my dreams, even if i get a lucid dream? How to stay in a lucid dream for longer time?(I tried spinning in my first lucid dream but i guess it was too late). Will my lucid dreams keep coming even more, now since I had first one?

      Any help would be great,thanks!

Yes keep doing your dream journal. Some people stop after a while because they feel it is unnecessary, but lots of people start it and don't stop. More lucids will most likely help you improve the length of the dream and the quality, but doing some work will help a lot. I would look in the dream control section of the forum here for tips on controlling your dream, and I would look at this thread for tips on how to stabilize your dream and allow you to stay lucid for a longer time . If you keep working towards getting lucid, then more lucid dreams will come for sure!
