Binural Beat that work best for you?

Hello I'm interested into looking into binural beats. which one has worked best for you? any you recommend? My friend tried some, he said they didn't work for him, but my dad says he got some pretty weird dreams.

      Hello there.

Even though almost anything (other than iDoser, just headaches) works on me, the more profound effect I always get with the Monroe Institute Products. Depending on what you seek, in my opinion they are the best.

      Cheers.

      Hey there,

this one kicks my ass every time you need theta waves to get into the dream state. I suggest doing the following:

      1) go to this page: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BWYyGMuZSgc
      2) plug in your head/earphones (earphones are better, I find)
      3) sit up somewhere comfortable - nice armchair, comfy sofa, even against the headboard of your bed
      4) get complete silence - turn phones on silent, ensure people know you're meditating/lucid dreaming. Dark room optional (i prefer dark room)
      5) set alarm - last 1 hour 30 mins. can be as short or as long as you wish.
      6) play video and begin to slow your breathing down. close your eyes. enjoy the sensation

I find if you're a lucid dreamer it'll work no bothers for you. My friend on his FIRST ATTEMPT lucid dreamed. didn't even know he could! (So jealous). It personally puts me into a trance. I turn the volume up about half way. You want to hear 2 tones in different ears but not so loud that it's uncomfortable or puts you off. I do around 47 volume outta 100. You'll find your own volume. The key is to hear 2 tones. And then slow breathing down. It usually takes between 5-10 mins. I try to clear my mind too and slow breathing. I have not had one unsuccessful trance from this - as in, every time i do this, i'm out for the count hehe.

Hope this helps. If you want to vary it, for the purposes of lucid dreaming i recommend ONLY THETA binaural beats

      enjoy brother

Hi I use this one, I've gone lucid after listening to this as I go to sleep loads. I also use it if I start to go through a patch of not remembering my dreams in the morning. This usually gives me vivid ones to kick start me remembering them and journaling them.
