Good evening my friends!

Finally after about three months I have managed to lucid dream continuosly for over 4 days (with naps included) I think I could have achieved it before, yet I didn't have any kind of discipline so it took me longer.


Basically the method I have followed is to look at my hands during the dream, and in this way realize I'm sleeping. So far I believe lucid dreaming has been a nice experience to go back to Europe, to find inspiration, and also to defeat some of my fears. Most of my dreams consist of meeting some kind of foe (vampire, demon, monster) which I manage to defeat through acknowleding I'm dreaming and that I can transform into an even bigger monster to destroy this guy Another nice aspect I have found out is that through recitation of some Buddhist mantras I know, I can manage to wake up when "the dream is collapsing".

I would like to ask you fellow dreamers: From what I read here months ago, this technique I'm trying is the most basic one. What is the following technique? something more advanced?
