So usually I sleep at around 12:30-1am, I usually then wake up at 5. For the past three days my dream recall has been poor, I did however have a lucid dream yesterday morning that lasted for a couple of seconds, but it is a very foggy memory and I only just remembered it. What is the best time for me to wake up so I have the best chance of remembering my dreams? I would happily set my alarm to wake me up multiple times if it means a better chance of remembering my dreams. Also what do you think would be the best time to do a MILD/WBTB based on the time I go to sleep? |
