      Stopping smoking?

I think I might have possibly read somewhere that someone cured themselves of nicotine addiction whilst lucid dreaming. Is this true?

I am a smoker and would love to stop and get a bit fitter. I've only had one lucid dream so far but plan to make this my favourite hobby (while sleeping) for the rest of my life.

I'd love to know from experienced lucid dreamers what they have used it for?

Has anyone ever made themselves a better person?
Has anyone ever learnt new skills?
      etc, etc...

It can definitely help you to improve any area you want in your life.

I have improved some of my psychic skills through lucid dreaming, but that's me. Others have improved performance in sports and even there is a surgeon who practice a surgery during a lucid dream and next day, during the actual surgery knows what to do better.

Definitely a huge improvement to make it worth it.
