How would you describe thie "Self Awareness" tactic that you yourself use?
Alot easier than All Day Awareness, and a whole lot more effective.
But really, its works wonders. When I was at my peak of success with no distractions I would get at least 1 Lucid Dream a night, and every night at least half of my REM dreams were semi-lucid. If you really practice Self Awareness I would have to say it is probably the best technique out there right now, in my opinion of course. The technique itself is still a Lucid Mindset, but changed in various areas such as what you are really focusing on throughout the day. It mainly focuses more on you, the person practicing it, way more than ADA does. It makes you war more aware of yourself rather than your environment, which I think is also way better for lucidity.
