Because you are now researching lucid dreams, you may be over-analyzing them. For some people, it is beneficial to do this, but since it comes so naturally to you, maybe you should let your brain do its thing and not try to do any particular technique. For example, at one point, I began researching the actual process of falling asleep. After that, I became conscious of everything that happened before I fell asleep, which resulted in several sleepless nights. Once I let it go and stopped researching it, I was able to get some sleep. Sometimes, you just have to give your brain a break and let it do what it has always done, in your case, lucid dreaming. You have a great gift; it takes years of practice for some people to do what you've done effortlessly!
