      Problem With Electronic Journal(Text file)

      I had a big bunch of recalled dreams and i accidentally pressed the Select all comand and then Delete and that program had no "Undo" and accidentally i saved it too.

      This is the problem with electronic journaling and i'm starting to hate it. you have to be really careful.
      But then the problem with real life journaling is you start filling up alot of journals and piling up those.

      Any tips on how to not accidentally delete your computer file journals?

      Well it sounds like your using notepad if ur on windows search wordpad and you can use that. If not try downloading a free word processor.

      Um, wow.. Accidentally selected all, accidentally deleted, and accidentally saved it? Amazing...
      I suggest you keep a back up of your journal, either on the same PC or on your phone or any other external device to make sure it remains intact. Update it once in a while. If you're afraid of anyone reading it, zip it with a password and you're safe.
