Thread: What Is The Difference Between A Lucid Dream, OBE, And Astral Projection?

I've had "AP's/OBE's" where I experience the sleep paralysis, vibrations and exiting the body but it's just like a lucid dream or false awakening after that. I could touch things, turn the lights on, open doors. My house was never identical to what it really is like, yet I still went through the experience of leaving my body. This really makes me question AP'ing/OBE'ing so even though I believe I've done it (quite a few times) I'm still on the fence about it.

Something else I have read from Robert Bruce of Astral Dynamics is that you should be able to see the astral planes from an outside perspective and choose which one you want to go to, choose what realm or kingdom you want to experience. But every time I'm just in my house with no way to see these so called astral planes.

I would like to add that I believe NDE's are real because they describe being able to see the doctors working on them and even recall the correct discussion taking place and what they were doing.
