This is the first intention technique introduced in ETWOLD which contains both a day and a night time practice. For the daytime practice you're instructed to think continuously under all conditions that "all things are of the substance of dreams" and resolve to recognize their true nature. The nighttime practice consists of creating the intent to recognize the dream state right before bed.

Has anyone experienced success with this particular method? I personally have not (after several weeks) and found the day time practice in itself to be highly demanding and exhausting. I'm really interested to know the experiences of others when using this technique.
