Can't speak or see clearly in lucid dreams?

I've been having odd lucid dreams lately. I often just realize "I am in a dream!" But then everything goes blurry, I get extremely dizzy, and/or when I speak nothing comes out! I often can't see the environment around me clearly, or do anything dream like such as fly. This has happened to me quite a lot. In my most recent experience, I told myself "calm down". I breathed in and out and tried to speak. I tried to yell. Nothing came out except a squeak in an funny voice.
The weird thing is, my mind is always clear. I'm like "ugh, this again. What should I do?" And wake up.

The first time this happened was about a month ago. In the dream, I walked into my house and noticed the doorknob looked weird and realized I was dreaming. (The hilarious thing was that there was an old man in just a towel dancing outside, and a slightly different looking doorknob was what made me become lucid!) when I realized I was dreaming and opened the door, I felt the most strange sensation of dizziness and feeling like I was falling over. I tried to spin and transport to a different location, but I flung myself against a wall in doing that and the impact woke me up.
Anyone ever heard of this? It's been making my lucid dreams pretty boring lately!

Well, It has happened to me lately. The dream are lucid but they are blurry. The is one thing that I tried with some success and it is to look at any piece of fabric and try to see all the details that it has, like color etc.

After you realize you are dreaming, try to rub your hands or even shout ''Clarity now!'' in order to make the dream more vivid, it's called stabilization technique, it also helps the dream become more vivid and also makes you become more lucid.

Even if those two examples doesn't work, try to spin around in circles or touch your surroundings.

GalMutzafy is right you need to stabilize the dream first.

A fundamental misunderstanding is that you are either lucid or non-lucid. Lucidity is not a light switch, that it is either turned on or off. it's a spectrum and it can range from complete unconsciousness (non-lucid) to semi-lucidity to full lucidity.

Dream stabilization techniques (like rubbing your palms together) can help to increase your lucidity. This will improve the visual clarity of your dreams and allow for more dream control (you'll be able to speak).
