      Your routine.

      Hi I wanted to make a thread about the routine of all of you guys so post in this thread the techniques that you practice every day and night. (i.e:all day RC and questionning reality in odd situation, MILD when i go to sleep WBTB+WILD , WBTB+FILD...).
      Plz don't post comments on the routine of someone, if you want to , pm the person related.

      MILD when I go to sleep, reality check for DILD when I wake up. Trying to get DEILD down. No day work.

      Journal my dreams as I wake up, meditate for about 20 min. every day, Reality checks through the day (if I remember), remind myself that I will remember my dreams right before I fall asleep, wish for DILD LDs!

      Now just RCs but I found very effective ADA and a very important thing that i practiced during my LD peak was to give away everything about half an hour before going to sleep and just concentrate on LD and clearing your mind. The time before going to bed is the most crucial form my experience.

      DJ journaling every day, every day reality checks, ADA if I can. Starting to MILD every night and working on prospective memory. Hopefully try to WBTB every night as well.
      Just a scared old llama on the outside planning to dominate these forums...
