Best feeling I've had in a lucid dream but don't know what to make of it?

So a while ago I had a lucid dream where my subconscious gave me a riddle but besides that once I became lucid I dived into the 5m deep pool in front of me and sank all the way to the bottom once at the bottom I got into the locus position and meditated but the feeling felt so weird and comforting it's actually indescribable but the thoughts that came to mind during the lucid dream where like this is my dream I can not be hurt, I have full control, I can do what ever I want and I'm not sure what I'm asking but??

      That's amazing! Thanks for sharing!

I think you had a very high state of lucidity and while you were saying that you cannot be hurt, you had that feeling and it might have been a positive aura that was protecting you. Or those thoughts came up when you were meditating.

Either way! Congratulations on the lucid dream!

I actually didn't mean anything surreal by that.. sorry if you had that idea.

I just meant from thoughts about how dream meditating would go.. I was thinking that maybe you thought you'd gain some powers from meditating in a dream, which then brought up that feeling. Or any thoughts could have brought that up.

Do you meditate in waking life? If that gives you pleasure, I think your lucid just amplified that. Emotions and sensations, colors, sounds often are enhanced in lucid dreams, and that's what you probably experienced. Or dream showed you how pleasant meditating can be. Either way, very nice experience.

In my non-lucids I frequently hide from those that chase me in the deep end of the pool. I sit on the bottom, realize that I can breathe under water and feel very safe and protected.

Well to me you were lucid and knew that you couldn't be hurt... at least not in that space. It's a comforting feeling knowing that you are totally safe and free to experience anything you can imagine.

That feeling as if you're being detached from your body? Like you're soaring high at very fast speeds? Like an intense weed high? I've felt this in a dream every time I meditate, its simply amazing. Its like becoming light or your pure self.... Probably doesn't make any sense if you've never experienced this.

That's exactly how I felt when I had a lucid, I was soaring through the sky and I felt so free and amazing, best experience ever!
