      Post CAT experiences

      So, I've decided to try the CAT technique. Tomorrow will begin the adjustment process, and this thread will be to post my ongoing experiences for the rest of this experiment. You are encouraged to follow along.

      First day of Adjustment:

      Uneventful, though my alarm woke me up, it didn't wake me up fully, so i just laid there completely still and quickly dropped into a lucid dream.
      Learnned to fly though!
