[Shrugs] Those seem to be the common reality checks, but in truth, I think any reality check could be considered "adequate". Use whatever works for you. |

That sounds like a good plan! Just find a way to avoid abandoning your routine as you're falling asleep. |

Personally, I only really do the breathing through a plugged nose one, because it has always worked for me so far. Sometimes I do a different one afterwards if I'm still doubting myself, but I don't have a routine, I just do it every so often. |

The one LD I had I did nose and finger count. Seemed to work. You also need to question yourself. "Am I dreaming?" and all that jazz. |
