      Sleep paralysis persisting vibration

I just woke up from two episodes of sleep paralysis. I've gotten the vibrating feeling before so I know this is normal, but this time it was more of a high frequency buzzing feeling (like imagine putting a speaker on your chest). The thing that scared me and the reason I am posting is because after waking up I am still feeling a slight buzzing in my chest. Has anyone experienced this?

Yes many times. Often in this state I hear strange noises, voices and can feel sensations near my body (like a cat walking on my bed) many people who have experienced sleep paralisis report similar things. The trick is to remain calm and relaxed and often the paralysis can lead to an obe or lucid dream if you are able to remain calm and conscious during the experience.
