      Question about the MILD technique

      I read somewhere else on another thread that performing the MILD technique consecutively one day after another will make it so that the practice itself is less effective, is this true/has anyone else heard this? I doubt it but was just curious.

      I would think its the opposite. Isn't the point of MILD to create strong unconscious reminders of critical awareness to boost our chances of remembering to reality check in a dream? We achieve this through the practice of prospective memory, or at least this is how I have understood MILD.
