Relax some more. Could be nice to find a master to rely on. The relative connection makes it a lot easier. It also then makes sense. |

ADA is best practiced in multiple "sessions" over the course of the day, so as to not wear your mind out. Paying such close attention to everything for a prolonged period of time, particularly when just starting ADA can be very overwhelming. By that same token, you don't want ADA to become a routine autonomous function, as truly being aware and mindful of your surroundings and the fact that at any point you could be dreaming requires directed attention. |
