      Questions on Lucid Dreaming

      - How do you make an object appear? (ex. Car, Truck, Dirt Bike)
      - How do you teleport to some place like a desert?
      - What exactly does it mean when a Lucid Dream is unstable? (people say theirs are)

      - When I realize, I'm dreaming, I'm just like okay I got a certain amount of time to do anything I want and I just go do whatever. I wasn't exactly fully realizing that this was a DREAM, that this was a fantasy. How can I be more into the dream? Like how exactly do you take in the scenery of a dream and fully see it in detail?
      - So I've only Lucid dreamed twice. They seemed to come by themself. If they happen more often, will it become easier for me to initiate my own lucid dream?
      - I often tend to forgot what I lucid dreamed even though I know for a fact I did lucid dream. Is there anyway to improve this?

      Extra Questions (not too important)
      - Does visualizing things in a Lucid Dream help you improved your visualization skills in real life
      - Anger cause stress. If you're super stressed in a dream, does it affect your real life health? I remember dreams where I was angry and when I woke up, I was very stressed because of that.

With me i tend to want to see a nice looking girl and then she walks past...but some things i struggle with like flying....iv had more dreams where i struggle to fly than ones where i can easily.
I have yet to teleport which sucks....people say to find or imagin a door then picture where you want to be when you go through it.
Having an unstable lucid dream i can imagine is either when you are limited and cannot do anything you want or its that your not fully aware that your dreaming....when im in a lucid dream i will spin around and shout more clarity and to my suprise the first time i did it..it worked.
My plan at the moment is to be on top with remembering my dreams which will hopefully contribute to my LDs in somway.I voice record my dreams when i wake up cuz i hate to write when i wake and then later when i have time i will writr them down.Either i helped or im babbling on but yeah hope you get better with your LDs =)

First, before anything else, keep in mind that these answers will vary from person to person. Not everyone has the same techniques and whatnot. Now:

Whether it's an object or a dream character, I summon everything in the same way: by imagining that it/they is/are somewhere behind me, or perhaps around the corner. So long as I believe they are, they will be, and that's why this is a fool-proof method.

Now that I think about it . . . I've never teleported. . . . Hmm, that's something to do really soon then. I'll probably just Apparate (like from Harry Potter).

I think that having an unstable lucid dream might also slightly depend on who you're talking to as well. To me, if a LD is unstable, then it means that everything was "shaky" (in my first-ever LD, I got so excited everything shook in my vision), or perhaps simply that the dreamer had a hard time maintaining lucidity.

I suggest the next time you realize you're dreaming to take a deep breath and really focus on your surroundings. Work on each of your five primary senses independently: you can start with your hearing, for example: hear everything that is going on around you; then you can go to your eyes; then to your touch; then to your taste; then to your smell. Just keep at this, and throughout the dream pay attention to your surroundings so you don't lose your awareness. ^^

Yep! Dream recall. Either speak into a recorder as soon as you wake up about your dream, or write it down.

And for the extra questions. . . .

I can't speak from personal experience, but I would definitely say yes. You'd be surprised at how much being lucid can really help you with.

Your emotions during your dream can effect your feelings in real life, yes, but they aren't guaranteed to. There are also plenty of times (at least for me) where I might feel something in my dream that doesn't carry on into waking life.
      until the very end

I don't know if this is what most people mean, but to me unstable is when I start to wake up and the dream kind of starts to fade and fall apart.

If they happen more often, will it become easier for me to initiate my own lucid dream?
Short-answer: YES. Long-answer: no, because there are ways to improve lucid dreaming frequency (by using substances like galantamine for example), and those artificial aids will not improve your lucid dreaming chances if not for the very short-term. On the other hand, if you use techniques that are linked to reports of lucid dreaming improvement, then yes, especially assuming if you increase your practice to a satisfactory (don't ask me to quantify it ) level, and maintain that practice. Just to give you an example, I've stopped practicing more than an year ago and I still occasionally experience them. But if you manage to keep the routine, you'll increase the chances of achieve more lucid dreams - not only due the improve results that the techniques provide you, but also because you'll become familiar with your own dream world, identifying more cues, and even because you'll be more primed to react "lucidly" in your dreams.

      - Does visualizing things in a Lucid Dream help you improved your visualization skills in real life
" It is important to note, however, that imagery ability is not a fixed characteristic. It can be modified with training and experience (Hall, 2001; Kosslyn, Brunn, Cave, & Wallach, 1984) and, while the capacity to image varies between individuals, there are characteristics that can be improved" Source.

Do notice though that there's no evidence (at least that I know of) between mental imagery ability levels and lucid dreaming visualization skills. In fact, it may even be functionally complicated to test it, because as you may realize, the own self-generating nature of alteration of dream content might compete with such process...even more intentional action.

Anger cause stress. If you're super stressed in a dream, does it affect your real life health? I remember dreams where I was angry and when I woke up, I was very stressed because of that.
Most likely a non-issue, unless you're experiencing a high dosage of stress or continued stress: stress by itself is not harmful, is just the continued/acute exposure to it that screws things up. If the above cases are true though, stress is probably just a symptom of a underlying issue you might be experiencing.
