I don't constantly do this every second of my day, just whenever i'm doing a reality check or whenever I get the chance I just stop and deeply think about my surroundings

I also do this, whenever i'm doing my reality check, I pretend that I just became lucid. I think to myself, omg! i'm dreaming!
