Hypnagogic hallucinations are any mind-created sensory perceptions in the transition between waking and sleep, and your experiences sound like normal HH.
More often than not, my HH is quite mild. As I'm falling asleep, I'll start to have random/abstract thoughts that seem to be devoid of context, which can be accompanied by dull images of scenes/people/objects, unobtrusive voices, etc.
Sometimes I would say I can only "see" these images in my mind's eye, while sometimes it manifests as a true visual experience.
I have also had more intense visions, sounds, and occasionally tactile sensations, but that happens more often in the middle of the night for me.
Btw, many people find WILDing easier during naps, so it's great that you get so many opportunities! (Although I've read that <4 hours after waking is the best time for naps.)
