You shouldnt scare yourself. If you do youll just wake up. If its scarier than you expected youll end up waking with a fast heart beat and your body will shake randomly for a few minutes. I have had a problem with this when I think about the people that make animal sacrifices next to where I live. Now I sort of have a fear of falling asleep and I notice the dream forming. You should have fun adventuring but dont make it something to become lucid from. Its not fun. Although im better than before. Seeing the dream form doesnt scare me like it use to and my fear of a demon appearing because of the animal sacrifices doesnt come to mind as much. I just have to think good thoughts.

Sorry, I ended up saying more than I should have but its not easy being afraid. Reminds me of how just the other day I had a dream of a dc squeezing my stomach and feeling a terrible pain. I knew it was a dream and did my best to think good thoughts but it was hard because the dc was too violent. Probably showing how helpless I felt with my sleeping problem.Anyways I woke myself up but having a real scary dream, even when you know its not real, is no walk in the park.
