      Dream recall?

I seem to have bad dream recall. Now, I always thought that if I have had a LD ever then I would have remembered it, but after doing some research, maybe thats not true. I keep a DJ but having that and using it for every dream I ever have for one year, it's never really boosted my dream recall. I don't wanna use supplements and I don't have time to meditate. Any other ways for boosting my dream recall?

This might help, lots of info in it about what you could use to better your dream recall

This might help if paired with the compendium listed above. I recommend doing lots of research on your own and finding many things that will help you. Instead of just starting a thread each time you need something, because you will only get answers from active people and won't see things from the past, there are many books and threads, and you cannot rely on others to guide you to them all.
